Privacy notice

This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you use the contact form or the product interest form on cycrosant.com. It is provided under Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Data controller

Contact form

We use the name, email address and message you submit through the contact form only to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the checkbox when you submit the form.

Your message is forwarded by email to info@cycrosant.com; it is not stored in a database or any other system — the mailbox is the only archive.

For abuse prevention, the server logs only the outcome of the submission, a timestamp and an irreversibly hashed IP address; the log never contains your name, email address or message text. The legal basis for this logging is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Delivery is handled by Azure Communication Services (Microsoft), which acts purely as a technical processor for sending the email.

Product interest form

On our upcoming-product pages, we use the email address you provide only to notify you once the product becomes available. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

We use your email address for this one notification only — it is not added to any mailing list or newsletter, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

As with the contact form, the message is forwarded by email to info@cycrosant.com and is not stored in a separate database; the mailbox is the only archive. Abuse-prevention logging, and its legal basis, work the same way as described above for the contact form.

Retention period

Enquiries received through the contact form are kept in the info@cycrosant.com mailbox for as long as handling the enquiry — and any related follow-up — requires; they can be deleted on request at any time.

An email address provided when expressing interest in a product is kept only until the single launch notification for that product has been sent, and is not used or kept for any other purpose.

Visitor statistics

To understand how our website is used, we use the EU-hosted Plausible Analytics service, accessed through our own first-party proxy — your browser never connects directly to any external analytics server.

The service collects only aggregate, anonymous data (for example pages viewed, referring sites, country, and whether the contact form was submitted, product interest was registered, or an email link was clicked). It uses no cookies, creates no unique identifier, and does not track you across other websites — because the data cannot identify you, we do not need to ask for your consent for this measurement, and we do not show a cookie-consent banner.

The processor is Plausible Analytics (EU-based servers).

Your rights and how to reach us

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we process about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Request restriction of processing.
• Object to the processing.
• Withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before the withdrawal.
• Lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu), or with the supervisory authority competent for your place of residence.
